What is Tao Tantra?

The Tao teaches us to live in harmony with the laws of nature. It can also be interpreted as "the way" to return to the natural world. The focus of Taoism is the individual in nature rather than the individual in society. It holds that the goal of life for everyone is to find one's own personal adjustment to the rhythm of the natural and supernatural world and to follow the Dao of the universe.  Through Taoist practices, we can relearn to harmonize with nature by balancing yin and yang, the feminine and masculine energies and by developing chi through powerful meditations and energy work. The human body is regarded as a source of chi-derived energy. We can learn how to concentrate and congeal this energy into an essence. Chi is variously known as the "breath of nature" or the "quality of spirit".

Tantra teaches reverence, love, and gratitude for the body. It calls us to reclaim respect for the body as the greatest creation of God.  Of course, it goes higher than that, but it never leaves the body. The body is the beginning. Tantra is the only religion, which is really grounded in the earth, it has roots. Most religions exclude the feminine principles, the earth, and the body, by denying them and only focusing on reaching upwards without being grounded.  Tantra on the contrary includes all aspects of life, the feminine and masculine essence, the above and below and unites the opposites in sacred union.

Many people are seeking and longing for a direct spiritual experience, but don’t know how to access the divine forces. The problem lies in the fact that trough our modern live style the main energy portals and channels have become blocked. Once these channels are opened again through regular energy and meditation practices an embodied experience can take place, also in the form of Kundalini awakening.

In her Classes Chandana combines these powerful ancient practices of the Tao in the form of internal Chi kung with Tantric alchemical and ritualistic approaches.
