The Inner Alchemy Academy for Men will offer profound wisdom and ancient meditation and energy cultivating practices. For those men, who feel called to dive deeper into this topic, who are comitted to dedicate more time to develop a regular practice and are interested to do so in community with likeminded males, the academy is ideal. This ongoing training will give you wonderful knowledge and practical exercises from the Taoist Tantra and energy master Mantak Chia. You will learn powerful tools for opening your main energy circuits and vessels. Learn how to nourish your energy field, work through energetic blocks and cultivate your sexual Qi flow. In the first module we will focus on learning and embodying the key teachings of inner alchemy as this is the foundation for the training and will explore this topic in series of five Tuesday evenings. You will learn techniques, such as semen retention, microcosmic orbit, macrocosmic orbit, six healing sounds, inner smile meditation, energy enhancing partner exercises and much more. Only 8 men can take part. All classes are held in English and German language.
